Instructions

- Melt Chocolate Chips and Sweetened Condensed Milk: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously to prevent burning until the chocolate chips melt completely and the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add Sugar Cookie Mix and Butter: Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the sugar cookie mix and melted unsalted butter until fully incorporated and smooth, ensuring there are no lumps.
